You can book an appointment by email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Yes, we recommend scheduling a consultation before your appointment to discuss your specific needs and ensure the best possible results.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule, depending on availability. No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

By booking an appointment, you consent to CreatefulFX using photos of your makeup for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please let us know in advance.

Yes, clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the appointment.

I hold a Diploma of Screen and Media in Specialist Make-up Services (AACM). I also have extensive experience in various SFX makeup techniques and styles.
